Caloundra

Caloundra (2 hours drive north of Brisbane)

Situated at Dickey Beach, this park is hard to see unless you drive in to the car park, beside the caravan park on the main road, Beerburrum St.

There is not really much to this place at all, built all in concrete with coping on all edges except the stairs. On one side there is a decent 7ft mini ramp which joins via a hip to the rest of the much smaller bowl end in a rough triangular shape. As mentioned, there are stairs of varying sizes to do tricks off but no real run up to them, likewise the very small quarter to bank fun box on the opposite side to the mini. It is worth a look and a skate even if you don't really like how it sounds.
