Welcome to: Benny's Brisbane Skateboard Directory The site for skaters in Brisbane, Australia Compiled by Mark Brimson     Coomera Skate Park   Completed: early 1999?   * How to get there:   This place is right beside the Coomera Primary School, (and Dream World) behind the service station on the Pacific Highway. If you take the Dream World turn off and just drive along the service road, it should be on your left before you get back on the freeway again.   * Things you should know:   The people who built this place really did not know what they were doing, as half the things here are practically unskatable. The halfpipe at the back is very kinked, the banks are more like vert walls and the quarter to bank arangement goes to OVER vert. The most likely thing that happened with this place is the council got the plans (good plans at that) but then decided to halve the measurements of the overall size of space the park was to take up, hence all the obstacles are very squishy, tight and overall too close together.
