How to get there:
If
you have ever been to the old street park or skated the vert ramp in Pizzey
Park, then you will know where to go. The park itself is just behind Miami,
on the Gold Coast. If you are driving down the Gold
Coast Highway, turn off at Sunshine
Bvd (where the Pizza Hut, KFC and petrol station
is) and the park is on the left a few blocks down. Sonia
St is the road that takes you through the
park and up the back to the council dump. It is easy to see, being just
off the road and occupying a rather large area.

Things you should know:
Fun
for the whole family!!! Well, not really, but this place has it all. Completely
smooth concrete all over, nice coping and good lines gives this place a
feel that no one would turn their nose up at. It does take a while to dry
after rain but is completely out in the open with no shade, trees or anything
else anywhere near, including toilets. (Things might have changed since
I was there last, though.) Also there is still the old vert bowl behind
the street park so take your broom, pads and helmet as it is still worth
a roll.
