Welcome

The Submission Grappling Academy is pleased to welcome an additional instructor on board. Alex Roque is the Alberta representative for Marcus Soares and member of the Carlson Gracie Competition Team. We are confident Alex's extensive knowledge of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu will be a valued contribution to the club.
