There are loads of play areas in Norfolk - you just need to look at the map. Open publicity may overwhelm them though. I ride with a bunch of old farts in North Norfolk (motto - over the hill and into the cafe)who specialise in uphill climbing as opppose
o downhill racing! We ooccasionally travel outside Norfolk's borders and can recommend PORC Downhill. Penhurst, Kent: Llanwrtyd Wells. mid Wales; Whitsun Coast to Coast, Yorkshire dales and North Yorkshire moors all make a chnage from Norfolk

It is good to catch up with what other people are up to on their bikes. I have just finished a 3 hour ride around the Port Hills of Christchurch NewZealand and am feeling pleasantly exhausted.

Nice site, but I noticed a few typos here and there. I liked the new section on bike fit. I never have heard of checking stem length using your arm on the saddle - is this an English trick?
Your brake rigging section was also useful. You could add info about replacing the horrible Shimano pads with a good aftermarket pads like Kool Stop to reduce squeel and rim wear.
Since I am in the US your trail guide wasn't much use to me, but it's good to include that info for local riders.
