Beginning: Start with parallel ready stance

Step 1: Step forward with right leg in walking stance and do a right punch

Step 2: Bring right foot back to left and turn 90 degrees counterclockwise and do a left low block in walking stance by pivoting on your left foot and shifting your right foot to the back

Step 3: Forward with right leg in walking stance and right punch.

Step 4: Bring right foot back to left and turn 90 degrees counterclockwise and do a left low block in walking stance by pivoting on your left foot and shifting your right foot to the back

Step 5: Step forward with your right leg and go into walking stance with a right punch

Step 6: Bring right foot back to left and turn 90 degrees counterclockwise and do a left low block in walking stance by pivoting on your left foot and shifting your right foot to the back
