Thousands of fans have demanded that Brescia star Roberto Baggio be recalled to the Italy side in a television poll. "I'm happy that people love me. To play in another World Cup and maybe win is my dream," he said. In a vote carried out by Italia 1 television, 73 per cent of fans said Baggio, scorer of a stunning goal against his former club Juventus on Sunday, should be brought back.
