ARE YOU KIDDING?  this is a river fro ALL river rats large and small. From large inflatable rafts to hard shell die hard paddlers, this river offers it all.  Great surfing holes, rapids with awsome verticle drops as well as someof the best scenery around.

Water levels can reach as high as 24,000 on a good spring thaw with a hard rain the day before, turning this river into a raging class 4 fireball in the spring.

Apres Paddle

Whatever you do dont go to the Pioneer House Restaurant at the takeout.  Bad food and pricy drinks.  Hit any one of the Pubs in Leavenworth.  Great Bavarian Village at the base of the Cascade Mountains with a ton of food anddrink to choose from.
