Billet wheels are a lot stronger than the stock wheels and they look awesome.
They aren't cheap though!

Bar extensions.

It's hard to adapt from the wide BMX bars to the close-together grips on Go-peds. These will make it easier to adapt from the two and increase turning capabilities. They plug into the ends of the stock bars.
