This course is designed to introduce the beginning photographer to the use and control of a manual 35mm single lens reflex camera. Camera features, film characteristics, lighting, exposure, and composition are among the topics that will be covered. Weekly assignments and group critiques will provide feedback and assist students in the development of their photographic skills. Bring your camera to the first class.
