Located right next to Pop Keeney Field, this tennis court turned skate park is a must stop in the northwest. The park has both sides lined with quarterpipes for launching off of or just to gain speed. The street area has a fun box/spine (2'), a mellow pyramid, and a couple flat bars. The pyramid and fun box both have ledges that are 100% grindable. The 6'x24' halfpipe is the best reason to visit the park. The coping is a bit sticky and sunk in, but it's still a lot of fun to skate. Not only that, all of the ramps are covered by skatelite so that the Washington Weather won't ruin the park too terribly fast. The best part about this park is that it's not very crowded. The only problems are falling (old tennis courts=ouch) and the ramps get slick later at night because of condensation. Lights finish off the high list of reasons to visit this place.
Bathrooms: Portapotty
Drinks: Vending machine
Landscape: Open
Other: Swimming pool
Coping: Metal all around, sunk in in a lot of places, sticky in others, but the ledges are really nice.
Jumps: In the street area you have to actually jump the pyramid and fun box rather than carve, but there is a really nice quarterpipe with a banked landing to launch off of
Crowds: Used to be packed, now it's usually not. The little tykes think that they own this place.
Special: Halfpipe, wooden ramps, lights on until 9.
Directions: From I-405, take exit 23 towards Bothell. Take a right at the Bothell/Everett Highway, and take a left at the BP. Take your first immediate left, the park is in plain sight.
