Thursday March 16
First day of the meet and i only had to swim a 50. Eventhough i have been tapering for quite a while now i felt pretty good on pacing sets and i was looking forward to racing in this meet. Lead of the 200 free relay with a 25.72. That's a best time by 2 tenths of second so i guess that wasn't a bad way to start. In prelims i went 25.72 which was not fast enough to make it back in finals at night.

Friday March 17
This day i had to swim the 200 and since i had only started swimming this event the last few weeks i did not realy know what to expect. Went a 2.01.43 in prelims which is a best time, but again not fast enough to bring it back. At night in the 800 free relay i went a 2.02 and it hurt like hell!

Saturday March 18
Last day of the meet and time for my best event the 100 freestyle (at least it usually is). Went a 56.12 which was not bad but i think i can do better than that.

Overall, this was a fast as shit meet! Georgia won again, like last year, but felt Arizona breathing down their neck the whole time. Several world and American Records were set and it was great to participating in such an event. It is obvious that a lot of the women from this meet will making it to the Olympics. Personally I felt happy with some best times at the end of such a long taper but would have liked to see some faster times on the board (but i guess that's not a new feeling).
