About Martin

Martin started ski instructing in 1994 at the ski resort of Perisher / Smiggins in Australia, which is now know as Perisher. Since being there Martin gained his qualifications as a Level 3 APSI Instructor, which he received in September 2000. Martin is still based in Smiggins where he teaches all levels and is involved in training the instructors.

Since starting Martin has been around America, firstly at Sugarloaf Maine, which was a great experience. Martin stayed there for 3 years then made his way West to Breckenridge Colorado. After skiing at Breckenridge for 2 seasons he made the move to Telluride, where he worked for 7 seasons.

During the Australian Winter of 2008 Martin was selected to be a part of the APSI National Demo Team to go to St Antons for INTERSKI in 2011.
