Six Flags Magic Mountain Page Five
If you've ever seen the movie "Rollercoaster" this is where the bad guy gets it! He is trying to cross the tracks and the good guy corners him and them...bamm, the Revolution gets it's revenge for having several bombs placed on it! So the lesson for today is...don't mess with a Schwartzkopf! The Viper is the third version of the Arrow 7 loopers that were built for Six Flags in the late 1980's. The first one is the Shockwave at Six Flags Great America and the Viper had some serious changes to make it a much smoother and rideable coaster! Here is loop #1 out of seven. There are 3 vertical loops in a row than a 2 looping boomerang then a corkscrew to give you seven! The major difference between this and the Shockwave is that it's a little more compact and you go straight out of loop #3 into the mid course brake instead of going up a hill, turning 90 degrees sharply and coming to a complete stop which gives you whiplash on the Shockwave!
