After leaving the Navy I...

• moved to San Jose, CA and worked for 2 1/2 years as a Program Manager with Cadence Design Systems, Inc.
  
• then in Oct '98 I resigned to move back to San Diego and take a little time off
  
• and in July '99 I started a new career working for HNC Software, Inc. as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services Group.
