Q: Who are these voices I keep hearing in the show?

A: Everyone thinks the new American voices are absolutely horrible. Me I actualy sort of like them, its not easy finding people who will be consistant and emotional dispite the fact they cant actualy see what the scene looks like at the time. Many people know their voices, heck, unless you've never seen any of the 3rd season. But not many, if any have ever seen there faces. Well now you can glimps at a few of them, I have pictures of the voice actors of Son Gokou and Freezer, and Bulma, and Cell will be done by the voice acter who did Vegita in the original season, this will be very interesting, I can't wait to see how they will interperate Cell's voice to be. Now that isn't all of them, but now you know that these are just average people like you and me, there doing there best, give them a brake, and give them credit for their accomplishments. |
| Q: What will the new sagas box art look like? | A: I have the first four boxes of the Android saga, when if comes out here this is what they'll look like: Box 1, Box 2, Box 3, Box 4. I can't wait to see what there like. |
| Q: Whats up with these horrible American action figures? | A: Well I will agree with you there, the American figures look awful, luckily funimation has lately been using the Japanese molds, so it can't get any better, can it? Well yes it can! Now Funimation is going back to there own molds (may still maintain sales of Japanese molds as well), not there old ones, but new ones even better than the Japanese ones. The famouse mold maker, of a famous series of molds has agreed to help funimation in makeing the next series in American figures. Here's a sneak peak at the new figures: Raditz, Bulma and Frog Ginu, Muten Roshi and Kame, andFreezers Second form. I can't wait untill these are finnaly introduced into the market^_^ |
| Q: Are they ever going to get rid of that annoying theme song? | A: Yes believe it or not they will, unfortunately though the new song isn't that much better:P Instead of singing "Dragon Ball Z", their going to sing "Dragon Ball Zetta", why, I have no idea. But this d/l comes with the clip of the demise of Chibi Buu, so that helps lighten things up a bit, but expect a new bad song to be playing sometime in the future. Here it is: New Theme Song. |
| Q: How far is Funimation with there dubbing and Box making? | A: Thus far Funimation up to the Buu saga. The boxes are currently done for all of the boxes the Cell saga. Now they just need to make all of the tapes and boxes so they can present them onto the market and show them on the box in the corner that shows those realy cool moving shapes of color. |
| Q: I know about movie 4 comming out, but when is the live action version comming out? | A: It comes out July 4th I believe, and I have a sneak peak at the box cover: here. |

Q: Is Funimation ever going to release subbed DBZ like the original Japanese version?

A: Yes they are, they are schedualed finnaly to be released in DVD form July 1st in subbed form, truely unsensored, the way it should be, and should have been from the beginning. Unfortunately however it is beginning from where the 3rd season began, but thats good enough for me^_^ Now I have a reason to get PSX2. Originaly they were hoped to be sold last year around the time of Ginues arrival (on tape), but Toei (Japanese copyright owners of DB/Z/Gt) didn't want to give out the rights for the "Cha La Head Cha La" song. So Funimation had to wait untill it was reasonable to do it. |
| Q: Have they added to the finnished collection of box covers at all? |
A: Yes they have by yesterday (5/29/00) the end of the Buu saga had to be completed. And very soon they will start designing the box covers for the Gt saga. Heres a not yet finnished sneak peak of what one of the Buu Saga boxes will look like: Here. From what I can tell though that is a picture of the eppisode where Buu helps the blind child. At this point the box does not yet have the title on it, because that is one of the last things added to it. |
