Hey, been a while hasn't it? All the more reason for you to read this, you know so you don't go completely insane and have an uncontrolled out burst of anger in a public place. Now this doesn't apply to everyone but in thinking of the people who read this newsletter I'm not quite sure. Get ready to remember this, it could mean getting a job, a significant other, or keeping the small amount of friends you have managed to pick up... When you wake up you MUST wash. Brushing down ones hair with their own hand does not count as proper grooming! (nor does using someone elses) Remember this and there may be hope for you yet.
