T'ai Chi is a Chinese cultural exercise which teaches growth
in many directions at once: physical growth, via strength
and stamina; mental growth, via learning to focus the mind;
social growth, via workng with others to learn the art;
growth of awareness, by becoming aware of our bodies and our
environment.

Stretching and Warm-ups are so important!

Recommended warmups before commencing your Tai Chi workout:
  • brisk walking for 10-20 minutes

  • light jogging for 5-15 minutes

  • followed by light stretching for 15-20 minutes (remember to breath gently)
