Another aspect we have examined is pollinator movement in Epipactic helleborine. We colored the pollinia with food coloring, in this case, green color. A wasp pollinator removed the dyed pollinia and then visited several flowers in turn, leaving a telltale color trail of the visits. Note that the pollinia were not removed from two of the flowers.
