Doricentrum Pulcherrimin
(Doritis pulcherrima x Asctm. miniatum)

What more could one want on a "minature"? Myriads of tiny flowers on ever-increasing numbers of inflorescences! And that marvelous "Irene Dobkin" yellow-pink-tangerine coloration! It makes quite a show between April and June. I was fortunate to have purchased this from Milton Warne on a 1986 trip to his greenhouses in Honolulu.

It resided in a four-inch wood slat basket from purchase in 1986, but it called for a larger basket this year. The big question: Will it survive the shock? I certainly hope so, it ranks high on my list of favorites.
