This is the same Lily of the Valley orchid which leads off Part 1 page of this series (shown below) just coming into bloom. It must have been quite a sight about a week or so after this was taken! It all started with a cutting from Masao Miyao planted out back in '79-'80 just to see how it would do. Obviously, it likes the location.
