I have been sitting here thinking about you and I feel such happiness knowing that I have you as a friend. You have touched my very soul with your friendship. I am literally sitting here in tears I feel so strongly, this friendship for you. Seldom has anyone ever gotten so close that I feel the urge to tell them just how special they truly are.
But today I feel that I have to tell you or just bust a seam or two. You
have been there to make me smile when I was in a bad mood. You have
given so freely of yourself, which is such a rare treat in this world.
You ask nothing in return for the friendship you offer. You expect
nothing and therefore you are always amazed at the friendships that come
back to you.
You have such a wonderful spirit and it cries out to me.....*S* I have
no doubt that if I ever needed someone's shoulder to cry on you would be
first in line to lend yours. If I ever needed a listening ear to pour my
troubles out to you would sit patiently and let me ramble and get my
problems sorted out. You would help me see the sense in all the nonsense
in the world.
If ever I should stumble you would help me up, dust me off and let me lean on you until I was able to go it on my own. This kind of friendship is so very rare in this world. So when I find one I must cherish it for what it is. A treasure worth more than all the money in the world. A priceless possession that needs to be polished over the years to make it sparkle and shine as brightly as it did when it was first received. Something that needs tending.
I will not let our
friendship fade and die over time. You have come to mean a great deal to
me in the short time that I have known you and you truly are a special
person. I will always thank my lucky stars that I met you. I will try my
best to be the kind of friend to you that you have been to me. Thank you for being my friend....*hugs*
