Welcome to Sylvia's
"Photo Friends"
This is the special place at Sylvia's Kitty Condo where we are pleased to be able to share with you some of the very special furry friends who we have met along the course of our dear girls journey. As our "extended family" of friends grows, so too grows the love which fills our family's hearts.
This is a picture of some long distance furry friends of ours, Bella, Lucy and Sophie, who reside in a village just outside of London England. Unfortunately for Bella and Lucy, their dear sibling Sophie has now crossed over the Rainbow Bridge after 17 quality years of loving companionship. Dear Sophie is now frolicking in the land of love and comfort with her feline sister Tabitha, who had crossed over the Rainbow Bridge just before Christmas of 1996. It is SO true, that at difficult times such as the ones that Bella, Lucy and their family face, that "all" of our family mourns the loss of a loved one. Bella and Lucy have developed quite a special relationship, and they are helping their family to heal from the heartache of having lost such a special member of their family.
This Regal Empress kitty is Cory
who after an almost two and a half year battle against the sarcoma monster has
now made that heartfelt journey across the Rainbow Bridge.
Cory was blessed in that she and her family were
able to spend almost 19 quality cuddle filled years together.
Dear Cory is an inspiration to feline loving
family's around the world. Though she has now crossed over to the land of love
and comfort, it was Mother Nature calling and not as a result of the sarcoma
monster.
Please say a special prayer for Cory's family in
the hope that they are able to find comfort in looking forward to that glorious
day in which they and their dear Angel baby will once again be reunited.
This beautiful furry portrait is of Felicity, who after a valiant battle against the sarcoma monster, left her furry home in Alabama to cross over the Rainbow Bridge and chase butterflies in the land of love and comfort. Felicity's mom drew this special portrait of her dear baby, and you can see in her "masterpiece of the heart" the special love with which their lives must have been blessed. Dear Felicity was always an affectionate and curious child, not only greeting her mom at the door every time she returned home, but also welcoming any friends who happened to stop by for a furry visit. Felicity even played hide and seek one time by hiding in the air vent when her mom was changing the filter. Of course, when Felicity's mom realized where her dear baby had hidden, Felicity was just sitting there looking quite innocent, as if to say, "what took you so long mom"!! Please include Felicity's mom and furry sister Celena in your thoughts and prayers with the hope that their hearts will be forever filled with the lifetime of loving memories shared together with their special soul mate.
