Welcome to Sylvia's

"Photo Friends"

This is the special place at Sylvia's Kitty Condo where we are pleased to be able to share with you some of the very special furry friends who we have met along the course of our dear girls journey. As our "extended family" of friends grows, so too grows the love which fills our family's hearts.

This is a picture of dear Charlotte, a furry friend of ours who after valiantly battling the sarcoma monster, has now crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.  With the loving assistance of her Mom and Dad and furry sister Emily, Charlotte was blessed with MUCH comfort and quality of life, not only during this difficult journey which so many families share in, but all throughout this part of her nine lives journey.  Charlotte kept her stash of furry toys in the bathtub of their family's guest bathroom, as she enjoyed ambushing anyone walking by and purrrrsuading them to use her favorite toothbrush to give her some loving!  Please include dear Charlotte's family in your daily thoughts and prayers  in the hope that they are able to take comfort in the knowledge that Charlotte and Sylvia and all of their special furry friends are now frolicking together in the land of love and comfort.

This is a picture of two furry friends of our family, Max (on the left) and Moses.   Unfortunately, after a brave and valiant battle against the sarcoma monster, dear Max has made that heartfelt journey across the Rainbow Bridge.
In happier days, these two handsome boys were featured in the newsletter published by the shelter from which their  loving family adopted them. Whether he was frolicking or cuddling, dear Max could always be found with his furry sibling Moses, as they were truly brothers of the heart.   Dear Moses is now cuddling closer to his Mom than ever as they pull together in strength during this difficult part of their lives journey.
Please direct your positive and loving energy towards Max's family, in the hope that with three of life's greatest blessings, "faith, family and friends", their hearts will soon overcome the devastation of having to say "until" to their dear boy.

OSCAR2000.JPG (14597 bytes)

This is a picture of Oscar, a very special fur baby who  crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in June of 1998 after a valiant battle against the sarcoma monster. Oscar and his family truly shared a very special relationship, as his furry mom gave birth to this very special boy in the home which they all cuddled together in (in Alabama).  Oscar always kept his human mom company, as he even watched over her as she dressed for work each morning.  While our family shares in the heartache that Oscar's family has endured as a result of the this terrible disease, we take comfort in knowing that Oscar and and Sylvia are now frolicking and chasing butterflies in the land of love and comfort.  Please say a special prayer for Oscar's family in the hope that with each and every passing day, the sadness in their hearts begins to be replaced with the lifetime of joyous loving memories which they and their dear boy were able to enjoy together.
