Welcome to Sylvia's
"Photo Friends"
This is the special place at Sylvia's Kitty Condo where we are pleased to be able to share with you some of the very special furry friends who we have met along the course of our dear girls journey. As our "extended family" of friends grows, so too grows the love which fills our family's hearts.
This beautiful little fur baby is Sydney, a furry friend of ours who cuddles with her family in Ohio. With her loving Mom and Dad and furry brother C.J. by her side, Sydney is bravely battling the sarcoma monster. Some of Sydney's favorite pastimes are playing fetch with her toys as well as frolicking with her furry brother. Sydney also enjoys following her Mom and Dad around the house, and when she catches them laying down on the couch, she just LOVES to snuggle up under their necks. Please say a special prayer for Sydney and her family in the hope that her road to recovery is filled with as much comfort as possible and that she and her family are able to look forward to many more cuddle filled years together.
These two snuggling fur babies are BC
(left) and his brother Sooty. Unfortunately
for Sooty and the rest of his family, after a long a valiant battle against the
sarcoma monster, dear BC has now made that heartfelt journey across the Rainbow
Bridge.
Dear BC was truly an inspiration to kitties everywhere as
he bravely battled the sarcoma
monster for quite some time before donning his furry Angel wings.
BC's other family members
include another furry brother named Purr, a furry sister
named Shimi as well as a Pekin duck brother named Daffodil.
When dear BC was not watching
the skunks and raccoons outside of their family's home, he always enjoyed
helping his mom fill
their family's bird feeders (when he wasn't stealing her breakfast!!).
Please include BC's family in your thoughts and prayers in the
hope that they find comfort in knowing that their dear boy is now chasing
butterflies in the land of love and comfort.
This is Spike, a beautiful amber eyed
furry friend of ours who after a valiant battle with mammary cancer has made that
heartfelt journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Spike was
truly blessed in that her loving family always kept their dear baby's "comfort" and "quality"
of life in the forefront of all the difficult decisions which they faced together.
When Spike wasn't sitting in front of the window
watching all the birds and squirrels frolic outside of their home, she just loved greeting
her human family or visiting friends at the front door. Spike
also enjoyed getting a closer view of her feathery and furry friends when she donned her
regal leash and cuddled in her Mom's lap on their family's front porch.
Please light your special prayer candles in the hope that with each and every passing day,
Spike's family find their hearts healing in remembrance of
the lifetime of loving memories which they shared together.
