On one side is the desert.Dry and cold,with a wheezy thin atmosphere and a perpetual rain of dust,the desert once
had water.With that water there may have been life.
Now the water is gone.
Now there are only red rocks,red dust, and the dry cold.
On the other side is hell.A runaway greenhouse effect sends temperatures
high enough to melt lead.Clouds of corrosive sulfuric acid block the sun.
The pressure is so high even the mountains are deformed. There may have been
life here once,but now there is only the heat and the suffocating
blanket of an atmosphere out of balance.
