SAVE THE EARTH !
Our home planet is sick. Every day is injured
by our own activity. We must take care of it, if
we don't want it to die.
Don't this deserve the little effort?
SAVE ENERGY AND WATER
Saving energy, there will be less nuclear residuum, less acid rain, and less
atmospheric contamination.
Every water drop you misspend, is a less drop in a river, or in a beautiful lake.
Saving water, you reduce the need of chemical substances
and energy used in the treatment of residual water.
DON'T MISS YOUR PAPERS
You must know where you throw away your own rubbish. It's
not only an ecological problem, but also an hygienic one.
The toilet isn't a good rediual elimination system.
However, 200.000 tons of hygienic paper, oil, and some
other contaminating products go throw it.
RECYCLE THE GLASS
The energy saved by recycling a glass bottle, can light up a 200 watts
light bulb during 4 hours.
TAKE CARE OF ALUMINIUM TINS
When you throw away an aluminium tin, you misspend the same energy
as if you have half-filled this tin with fuel, before throwing it.
HOT, BUT NOT TOO MUCH
The electrical water heaters, spend the biggest part of energy in our
homes.
With every degree you low down in your thermostat,
you save a 5-8% in electricity.
Those are only a few things you can do
to save the earth, of course, there are a lot more!!
