This picture vas sent to me from Russia. Unfortunately,
this fellow speaks no English, so even the single line of text that came
with the drawing was totally useless..
However, a picture tells more than thousand words. Consider the wheels
in the device to be gear wheel or a torque wheel. The hatched part is then
always in a position to couse an imbalance (a torque) on the mechanism.
Calculate out the torque yourself, if you don't believe it.
