Tigers both normal and white are endangered. Because of this there has been debates about taking away tigers that belong to circus organizations, people that own them for entertainment and at one time even zoos and returning them into the wild. I never was clear on the matter of if they where only wanting to take back wild animals or if they where also wanting to remove those that had been raised in captivity. Personally I feel that some of the people that own tigers are doing a good job with them and have heard they have even managed to breed them, for those types I think we should leave them alone because they are already helping them to continue.

Of course the flipside is that anyone that can not take care of the right, not just tigers but any animal, should not have them and the animals should be taken to a better home.

Although cute tigers are a dangerous animal and should only be dealt with by someone trained. Even though you might can buy one while it is young and you think you can keep it and when it gets big feel you will trust it becuase you raised it is not always the case once they grow up.









Many people that buy tigers that are not experienced for it and doesn't have the proper enviroment for the tiger to be raised in usually end up locking it into a small cage and not caring for it properly including feeding it the right amount of food or they proper diet it need to be healthy.

Lately several tigers have been rescued from people that didn't really see what they where getting into and the animals where sick and even close to death.
Tigers are no house cat and should never be purchased by someone thinking they are just big kitty cats. But if you are someone that purchased one or was given one and can not care for it properly you should be able to find an organization willing to take it off your hands and into better qualified ones.










White tigers are more rare than there counter parts but all tigers are endangered. Tigers of all colors and locations are endangered, except of course the ones that are already extinct.

With todays science there are DNA samples in labs and with cloning and all they might could be brought back that way. But I feel it is better to keep them alive and increase their numbers by breeding them. Cloning and such does have its draw backs and is unnatural and who knows what proplems such things can cause in the future.






On the other hand I do understand how come people want to own them. They are beautiful creatures and at times when playing do seem like innocent kittens that would never harm you.





Tigers are loved by many and from this love we do have lots of wonderful art works from paintings to sculptures. Our awe in them even give us the yearning for clothing designed with them in mind, althought keep in mind I'm not refering to clothing made from them that is illegal in most places.












All tigers are beautiful from the normal colored to the white tigers. Here you see a set of tigers of which one is albino I believe, I think the striking white fur with no strips shows he is albino and not a normal white tiger.










Although this is a really cute picture and I like it alot I do hope that this will not end up being the only way anyone will ever know what a tiger looks like,, and in time might even think of them the way we now think of dragons,, make believe.
