Welcome to my home in the rainforest. My other home is in Victoria a part of Australia renowned for its temperate rainforests. South of Geelong the Great Ocean Rd threads its way between the Otway Ranges and the sea. This is the land of the Wathaurong and Katubanut Peoples. Imagine yourself in my rainforest. The day is warm and humid. The floor is thickly carpeted in leaves, a deep shade comes from the lacey canopy springing from trunks like giant columns. The sparkling sea invites you to its cool depths. Birds sing and creatures scuttle. The connection between all things in the world seems clear. The past and the future, humanity and our sacred Earth.
