This poor bunny was cruelly subjected to the Draize Eye Irritancy test. Rabbits are used for these tests because their eyes are much more sensitive than a humans, and they do not tear, which would dilute the substance.

Don't use products tested on animals!!! Go to PETA's Shopping Guide for Caring Consumers to see which companies do and don't test on animals. You can usually find most items that aren't tested on animals at your usual store. Also, generic Food Lion products are not tested on animals.
Write companies that test on animals and urge them to use alternatives. Tell them you will boycott them until they stop animal experimentation.
Don't support charities who test on animals.
Inform others about animal experimentation, and urge them to change their ways.
