Are They Digging Up Nimrod?
Part III : Nimrod & Babylon Unlock The Future Of The Tribulation

So what now does this all mean? The finding of Nimrod's tomb could be a sign from God that we are in the end times. Earlier I talked about the importance of the past unlocking the future. Until now archaeologists couldn't discover the sarcophagus or tomb because the water levels hadn't sunk inside the pyramid. Once the dirt and water were cleared then from the shaft located between the Sphinx and the Pyramid of Chefren (Khafre), archaeologists found three underground levels. From the lowest level came the sarcophagus of Osiris about 30 meters below the surface. So what does this all have to do with the past unlocking the future? As mentioned earlier, in the Bible it says the coming of the Son of Man would be like in the days of Noah. God saved Noah and his family before the flood just like how He will save Christians before the tribulation. Now after he saved Noah, man became corrupted again with one of its main leaders being Nimrod. This is just like how in the tribulation the antichrist will lead man in corruption. In Revelation 13:2 it talks about the antichrist and says: "And the beast which I saw was like a leopard and his feet were like those of a bear and the mouth of a lion. And the dragon (Satan) gave him his power and his throne and great authority." The reference to a leopard is probably to Nimrod since his name means "the subduer of leopards" as mentioned earlier. So when Revelation 13:2 mentions the antichrist being like a leopard it is refering to the antichrist being like Nimrod who was the leader of the Tower of Babel! This is not the only time the leopard is mentioned though. As you noticed in Revelation 13:2 it also refers to a bear and lion. The leopard, bear, and lion are mentioned two other times in the Bible together. In Daniel 7:4-6 it mentions these animals and says: "The first was like a lion and had the wings of an eagle. I kept looking until its wings were plucked and it lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man; a human mind also was given to it. And behold, another beast, a second one, resembling a bear. And it was raised up on one side and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth, and thus they said to it, 'Arise devour much meat!' After this I kept looking and behold another one, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird; the beast also had 4 heads, and dominion was given to it." Later in the next verses of Daniel 7 it talks about the fourth beast and out of it comes the antichrist. In Daniel 7:4-6 though it is refering back to Nebuchnezzar's dream in Daniel 2. There Daniel tells Nebuchnezzar the interpretaion of his dream and talks about four kingdoms that will be crushed by God's kingdom when it is setup. The first kingdom is Nebuchnezzar's current kingdom of Babylon which was represented in Daniel 7:4 as the lion and eagle. It was represented by this to mean strength and speed since that is what the symbol of a lion and eagle was. Next was the second kingdom which was the kingdom of Medes and Persians from 538-333 B.C. This is represented in Daniel 7:5 as resembling a bear because the bear was the symbol of the empire. The next kingdom which was the third was represented by a leopard in Daniel 7:5. The kingdom itself was the Greek Empire under Alexander the Great. After his death came Asia Minor, Syria, Egypt, and Macedonia which are the four heads. Daniel 7:5 says the Greek Empire was like a leopard. When it says this, it is refering back to Nimrod! The last or fourth kingdom there then refers back to Rome. So Revelation 13:2 says the antichrist is like the past kingdoms. The leopard then refers right back to Nimrod. One other time the Bible mentions the bear, lion, and leopard is in Hosea 13:7-8 which talks about the destruction of Israel being like a lion, bear, and leopard coming to attack. This shows the lion, bear and leopard being symbols of destruction just like how the antichrist will destruct in the future. Overall Nimrod is represented as a leopard three times in the bible and the leopard is symbolized as the antichrist also. This shows Nimrod can be a symbol of the antichrist! The history of the beginning of mankind in the times of Noah and afterwards is just like what will happen in the tribulation and rapture! To go further with the similarities between Nimrod and the antichrist is when Nimrod dies he is brought back by his wife as his son Ninus. The antichrist also dies in the middle of the tribulation, but is brought back by the False Prophet in Revelation 13. The finding of Nimrod is just like finding a symbol of the antichrist! This could be a sign of the coming antichrist! Also Nimrod was the king of Babylon in his time. In Revelation 18:21 it says: "Then a strong angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea saying, So will Babylon the great city be thrown down with violence, and will not be found any longer." So here  Babylon will also be a part of the antichrist's kingdom, but will be destroyed. Also in Revelation 17:5 it says: "and on her forehead a name was written; a mystery, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." Babylon is suppose to represent the false religious system headed by the Antichirst. Semiramis back in Nimrod's time may of been the one who started the worshipping of gods and goddesses and many cults. Then Nimrod, as mentioned earlier, is considered by many as the founder of astrology and magic which was also practiced by Semiramis. So false religions originated in the original Babylon just like how the antichrist will originate his own false religious system! Also when it says mystery, that means Saturn, or Osiris' name. The mentioning of Babylon the Great in Revelation 17 could be another symbolism back to Nimrod and Semiramis and of course refers to the future religious system headed by the antichrist. This all shows that Nimrod's time and the future antichrist's time are both used to represent eachother.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 -

"That which has been is that which will be, And that which has been done is that which will be done. So there i
s nothing new under the sun."
