John Parsons, St. Mary’s Co.


To 2 sons, viz, Edward and John,at 21 years of age, and heirs, plantation in St. George’s Hundred. Should either die without survivor and heirs, (the other) to inherit deceased’s portion.

To young son, Cosine and heirs, said plantation in event of death of both sons aforesaid without issue. Said son, Cosine, dying without heirs, plantation aforesaid to pass to daughter (unnamed) and heirs.

To said sons in like manner, certain land by patent on Great Choptanke River, Talbot Co.

To wife, Mary, executrix, home plantation during life; to descend to Cosine and daughter (unnamed) and their heirs. In the event of death of either son or daughter without issue, survivor to inherit deceased’s portion.

Said 4 children to be in care of their Mother and to be brought up Roman Catholic.
