Composing has been a big part of the agricultural community since the beginning of time.

The more that we look into nature's way of doing things vs. man's way.

We see that the results are always the same.

Consider our landfills or the chemical use of fertilisers:

A) Where will we put our garbage and at what cost?
B) When you eat your food what questions come to your mind?

Along with the industrial age there has also come the problems with pollution of our air, land, and water.

Do you wonder what chemicals have been used to produce your food and if those chemicals are now part of your food, are they also a part of you?

This has created a need for alternative ways of doing things. Ways that are more representative of the way nature does things. As a result there has been many studies done to find the best method of what to do with our waste material.The government of Canada has played a
vital role in developing methods of composting and composting programs proven
to be successful.
