Dear Sir;

In the undertaking of the Environmental Impact Statement study for the Bergen Arches project, I would appreciate if the study would consider Light Rail and heavy rail & passenger rail for this corridor.

Also, please include the proposed north-south "Waterfront Boulevard" project on the Hudson River Waterfront, as well as any of the segments that are already built and how the Bergen Arches will interface and impact on this road system.
