Kuma was our first European import dogue. We took a big risk purchasing a dogue sight unseen, as it's hard to get your money back on a dog from another country if it's not what you had hoped it would be. But, we were very happy with the dogue we got. Kuma was THE FIRST Dogue De Bordeaux to ever achieve a Grand Championship title through UKC. He is also the father to UKC GR CH, DDBS GR CH, USBC GR CH Red Dog Ridge Razzmatazz and UKC CH Red Dog Ridge Jasmine. Kuma's genetic donation to the Red Dog Ridge bloodline has made all the difference in the world. His genes have given a distinct and appealing breed type, a protective temperament and soundness that will live on within the future of the breed!

Kuma is the father to Red Dog Ridge Razzmatazz. Razzmatazz is the single most winning Dogue de Bordeaux in the history of United Kennel Club, and one of the top, most winning Dogues in the USA. Razzmatazz was awarded many awards as a top ranking dogue in the USA by the breed club, the Dogue de Bordeaux Society. Kuma produces winning offspring, with very correct bodies and beautiful heads.

Kuma is the father to Red Dog Ridge Jasmine. Jasmine was awarded the First Place ribbon in Open Bitch class at the 2004 United States Bordeaux Corp. National show. The European FCI judge, Jergen Sauer, who judged the event, stated thst Jasmine was without flaws and is what a correct breeding program should be producing. Kuma consistently produces show quality pups, with winning attributes.
