If said cat is diagnosed with a genetic health problem before 8 months of age, seller will refund, upon retrieval of said cat, purchase price of said cat (minus cost of veterinary exam, FeLV/FIV test and veterinary or parasite treatment, if necessary), or replace said cat with a similar quality/price cat (upon availability). If said cat is to be returned, purchaser is responsible to have said cat given a veterinary exam, FeLV/FIV test, and be free of any and all parasites before said cat is returned to seller for the full refund.

If said cat is diagnosed with a genetic health problem after 8 months of age, but before 5 years of age, seller will replace cat with a equal quality cat (upon availability). Purchaser is REQUIRED to have said cat given a veterinary exam, FeLV/FIV test, and be free of any and all parasites before said cat is returned to seller.

If said cat is diagnosed with a genetic health problem after 5 years of age seller will accept cat back to insure proper health care (if needed), if purchaser does not want that commitment. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS IMPLIED. If purchaser wants a new cat, seller will place purchaser n a priority list for cat of their choice (quality, color, or sex).

Before refund or exchange proper proof must be sent. The following are the requirements of proof for a refund or exchange:

A signed statement from 2 licensed, practicing veterinarians, stating the condition (If it is an unknown condition then reasons veterinarian(s) feel that it is genetic related).

Copies of all lab work, test results, x-rays etc. that were used to determine the genetic condition.

Any and all other proof that was used to determine that the cats condition is genetic and not environmental.

This guarantee only applies to cats breed by the seller, out of cats owned by seller. Cats belonging to other people, or breed by other breeders do not apply.

This one page document is a legally binding contract:

The laws of the state of Arizona shall be controlling.

Any dispute regarding this contract:

Shall be brought before the State of Arizona Court of Law in Maricopa County, the city of Phoenix, Arizona.

No other state or municipality shall have jurisdiction over this contract.

There are no other conditions or guarantees, whether verbal or implied.

Purchaser’s signature indicates full understanding, agreement, and approval of all above terns and conditions.
