Slowly I feel the world coming into focus.

I am alive and well. I feel that there are things in life to give me joy and comfort. I feel the healing grace of a Higher Power in my life.

I still feel much sadness and great disappointment but know that I will continue to strive for understanding and to look for the good in people. I will also be cautious of those who are "People of the Lie". I will try to grow and never take the easy path.

Thanks for the kind words and caring love to those who have been here for me in difficult times. I feel your warmth and love surrounding me.

I have learned and I will continue to learn. As my dearest friend Jim is always saying "Life is a journey, not a destination."
