Leaton's Favorite Cheesecake

1 3/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1(21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
A blender is a nice way to mix the ingredients Thoroughly blend first two ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar. Press firmly against bottom and 2 1/2 inches up sides of an 8" springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add remaining 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs. one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Spread in prepared pan. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350 F) 60 minutes or until firm. Turn off oven. Leaving door slightly ajar, allow cheesecake to remain in oven for 1 hour. Cool in pan. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan. Top with cherry pie filling. Makes 10 (about 2 1/4 inch) wedges.

Rhonda's Taco Soup

( Our Daughter-in-Law)

Brown & drain 1-2 lbs hamburger
ADD:
2 cans pinto beans with juice
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Vegetable All
1 can whole corn,drained
1 can cream corn
1 can Hominy, drained
1 can Chicken Broth
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 package Ranch Style Dressing Mix
Simmer two hours
Serve and top with: Grated Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Toasted Taco Strips or Doritos
