ANGEL CAKE
Quantity/Servings:    (i.e., Serves 2 - 4)
Ingredients:
1 CUP SIFTED CAKE FLOUR)
11/2 CUPS OF SUGER
2 TABELSPOONS SUGER
12 EGG WHITES
11/2 TEASPOONS CREAM OF TARTAR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
11/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
Preparation:
In a bowl combine flour and 1 cup suger.In another bowl combine egg whites ,cream of tarter and salt.Beat until foamy .Slowly add remaining suger.Beat until stiff.Blend in vanilla and almond .Slowly blend flour mixture into egg into egg white mixture.Place batter in an ungreased 10 inch tube pan.Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.Invert on a wire rack to cool.
Bake: 375 30 to 35 minutes

Yields 1 10 inch cake
