up? Welcome to my homepage...This is my first attempt at making a homepage
so please bear with me. I guess I'll start off by telling you
all a little bit about myself. My name is Andrea Gillman. I'm a fourth
year science student(microbiology major) at the University
of Manitoba.

My interests
include hiking, rollerblading, music, art and travelling among other things.
You can find out more about some of this stuff as you explore my
page.

Hmm....what
else should I let you know. Well I'm not really sure exactly what I want
to do with my life. So far I'm having fun trying to live a relatively stress
free existence. I'm an adventurer, I like having fun and seeing people
smile!

ART- I'm a big fan of Dali and Matisse among others. I found some

MUSIC- my taste in music is incredibly varied. I listen to just about
everything. There is a lot of great Canadian music around. Some of my favorites
include; The Tragically Hip, The Watchmen, Sloan, Tea
Party, and Sarah McLachlan. Aside from these, I'm also a fan of
Beck, Pulp, Indigo Girls, Phish, Peter Gabriel, U2 and Cake to name

TRAVELLING-ahhh now that's how I like to spend my time....In September
'95 I set off for the Middle East. I spent 5 months as a volunteer on Kibbutz
Ketura in southern Israel. I met a lot of great people, and did everthing
from field work, to child care, to painting the inside of a bomb shelter.
I travelled all over Israel, in Jordan, Egypt and the Sinai. I also participated
in a three month intensive army program called Marva.
