I will cherish the Prayer Day Solstice Ceremonies forever. I felt such love and respect and harmony. As I drummed through the quarries with Anna as my Guide, I felt the history of the stone people and the spirit of the Earth Mother. It was with honor that I brought sage for the Ceremony, and I was given a great blessing on my way home. I fell asleep at the wheel dozens of times on my way home, yet I was jogged awake time after time because I observed some of the Elders from Pipestone walking in the center of the highways cautioning me to be alert. I dodged several of them, realizing af erward that I had been asleep at the wheel. At the last gas fill-up I looked back at my car and saw my mother (who is on the other side of the veil) in the passenger seat, she told me that she would drive me home. I fell asleep time after time awaking enroute home. I arrived home 15 hours after I left Pipestone, and performed a Ceremony of Celebration for the Great Spirit and my ancestors and Guides who brought me home. I thank the Elders at Pipestone for I remember their faces on the road. I will keep you all in sacred prayer which I do as Faith-Keeper for my Fami y, daily. It is both beautiful and enlightening and a great way to begin the day. I have in the past heard stories regarding the birth of the White Buffalo, and the omen of change it's appearance assures. I knew about the first one, however I had no awareness of the ones to follow until reading the information contained on your site.
