Please fill out the form as completly as possible.
Remember only your nick or name with your email will go on the page, along with what type of lizard you want to adopt. All other information is confidential.
If you fill out a form to adopt a particular lizard on the page, that will not put you on the page.
Be sure to check back often for new lizards added to the page.

Please be honest about your lizard, and provide all the information asked for.
The LZARR will try not to seperate couples that have been together for a while.
If you have a picture to inclose with your lizard, please let us know.
Please let us know when your lizard has found a new home.
