This is Poppy after opening his catnip mouse this Christmas. They opened the wrappings themselves... and enjoyed the gift. *g*
If you are wondering why Poppy has a pink collar on- that's his favorite color. He's liked the color ever since he was a kitten. (If you are wondering, the pink in the top picture hides a terrible secret at my house.... I would win the Worst Housekeeper Award- WAYYYY too easily!)
This is Squeakers. He opened his Christmas gift, too, but hid when he did it. I was lucky to get this picture- the minute I point a camera at him, he disappears! I have more pictures of him- but he's sleeping in all of them! Maybe that's why he claims the bed as his territory. He will allow the others to be on it for a limited time- then he starts chasing shadows all over the bed, until the others get down. Then he stops.
Squeaks is outlined in red for 2 reasons- it's his favorite color AND it hides some of the clutter he was sitting in front of! Squeakers really does like red- when anything red comes on TV (red background, fire, etc) he sits and watches it.
This is Mystery, with his catnip mouse to open. He seems to like green the best- if his chewing the first green collar I got him counts. He chewed it, got it caught on his teeth VERY tightly- and I had to cut it off less than 5 minutes after putting it on him!
This is Mystery on the top of my computer center. He and Poppy fight over it. Poppy thinks it's HIS space since he was here first (and I agree with him! *g*), but Mystery wants everything Poppy has. The marks down the back are where Mystery amuses himself- peeling the back off. (Remember when I said THEY own ME???? lol)
