Dear friends! We finally got accross the Guilf Stream and found a computer at the Marathon Public
Library. During our seven day weather wait at anchor outside the harbor at Cat Cay as the wind
blew NE 20-30 on our lee shore near the edge of the Great Bahama Bank, we had ample opportunity to
play "double Ligretto" (those who visited know the card game Wolfgang & Elke brought us). The
crossing itself was noisy, rolley and slowwith a following sea. The Fla. Keys were a beautiful site as
we sailed down the Hawk Channel and we slept well at anchor in the calm bay near Long Key. We've
had some stormy weather recently in the Marathon - Boot Key Hbr area but are hopeful for good
conditions to sail to the Mississippi Sound. We look forward to seeing our LA friends (thanks for
email Warren) soon. Jim will enjoy family visit in PA for Jodi & Jenn's Granulation mid May. We
both plan to get to Madison (enroute to Cornucopia) as soon as Libelle is resting in her summer water.
This should be about Mem. Day or early June. Meanwhile, of course ALLES GOUDA from Jim &
Rosi
