Now there is a lot of history in the logbook, more sea stories and anchoring adventures to tell, but here we are in the land of supermarkets, trying to figure out what is important with no more conch to search for and to clean; no more tidal timing to pass thru the cuts; no more fish to feed from the hook of the Zebco; no more coconuts to butcher with the machete; no more sharks to feed and no more Mr.B (barracuda) to watch under the Dinghy. Now that we are back in the Baju country we need to mention special thenks to the people that helped us during the time we were underway. Once again Yvonne was the Hero, although not so visible in Cyberspace this time, she took care of those important details: mail, bills reservations, etc. despite our lousy communications. we continue to blame the Bahama telephone Co.(Batelco) . but thanks to Ken Guidry of Argenta at 8101 mHz at 2245 ut we got by. thanks to our visitors for special provisions and supplys. wolfgang, we drank the last botlle of french wine upon arrival in Fla. elke, the LIgretto cards are worn but still in frequent use. Kims lemonaide saved our throats on our jouney across the Gulf. barb and deb, the dry salamy made the best Abendbrot along with the schwarzbrot von Gerhard and baerble. we busted the new bowlite off withe the anchorchain at fraizers hog key (near chub key in the berries) but replaced it again with an identical one in Marathon. thanks also to PC vanesteering windpilot, Alphi the autopilot, and Turbo aquaair generator who crewed flawlessly onthe returntrip. wiener the watermaker has been sleeping pickeld since cape Sable. Now we look forward to Sundowners in cornucopia. our mailing adress remains P.O. box 901 Mandeville La. 70470 . No plans for a phone urgent messages can go thru Yvonne or Kenny 337 693 4343 . Happy birthday Payden ! it's been 2 years since the Ham Telephone birth announcement link in the mid-atlantic. Welcome to the List: VAMP, Windlore, Dos Amigos, and Ocean Cabin. As allways alles gouda from jim and rosi. 1
