Dear Friends,

Merry Christmas from Libelle and the Atlantic Ocean. We are making final preparations in Santa Cruz. Everything is moving slowly toward departure. Thank you all very much for all of your kind messages and gifts. It was so nice to be able to hear from you just before the holidays. WeŽll miss you all and be thinking of you as we travel. And, a special thanks to Joe Siebenaller and Mohamed Noor for taking care of land-side communications for us.

WeŽll leave either this afternoon, or early tomorrow morning, depending on when we get back one of our jibs that was at the sail-maker for repairs.
