One Hour $50 - This is a good time frame to complete a full-body relaxation (swedish) massage. Head and neck, arms, legs, feet and back are massaged with long, gliding strokes to calm the nerves and reduce tension. Alternatively, you may choose to focus attention on specific problems, such as a stiff neck or back, which may require more intense treatment.

1/2 hour $30 - During a 30 minute session, emphasis is generally placed on relaxation of the neck, shoulders, back and feet, using swedish and accupressure techniques. Deep tissue and trigger point techniques can also be used during this time to address specific problem areas.

Your First Massage
       You can look forward to a comfortable and unique massage therapy experience tailored to your specific therapy needs. I practice out of my home in the beautiful Magnolia Woods subdivision. You may be greeted at the door by one of our friendly cats.

Your massage experience will depend on the primary reason for getting a massage. If you are coming for relaxation, you can expect a soothing experience. Pressure will be adjusted to suit your needs, but the emphasis is on comfort and relaxation.

During a session to address a specific problem,
During the massage, you will lie on a massage table and will be draped with towels. Feel free to talk or not, but I may have questions about pressure or positioning during the massage.
If you are coming because of a specific problem area, please mention this at the time you set up your appointment.
