Oh, did I mention that the waves were big?  I thought they were,  anyway.  We never had the full main and jib up during the entire trip.  In the photo on the left, you can see that we had the staysail attached to the inner forestay.  At the time of this picture, I believe we also had the trysail deployed instead of the mainsail.  We were ready for a strong storm.  The storm never came, but the winds were strong and steady.
