Wedid fairly well in the sea-sickness department.  Charles always felt a little more quasy than I did, but we both took "Bonine" for about half of the trip.  We also ate a lot of ginger (candies, cookies and pills) and we always wore our sea-bands.  Rosi  and Jim never took the pills and they never were sick.  Rosi would wear the sea-bands, but I think Jim was born in the waves - he never felt sick! 

In the picture on the right, I am at the helm, but we rarely steered, thanks to "PC"....
